User Data Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you have created an account in the ContentCrew app, you can request to delete your account and all related personal data at any time.
How to request deletion?
You can delete your account and data in two ways:
- In the ContentCrew app:
- Open your profile
- Tap Settings → Delete my account
- Confirm your request
- By email:
Send your request to support@contentcrew.com using the same email you used to register.
Please include the subject line: “Delete my ContentCrew account”.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile and account data are permanently deleted.
- Your posts, ideas, and comments will be anonymized or removed.
- Backup data is automatically purged within 30 days.
- Some data may be retained temporarily for legal or security reasons.
